General Terms and Conditions (Terms)

These General Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern the use of the SaaS product "Partenio". The provider and contractual partner is:

1. Scope

These Terms apply to the use of Partenio via the website and mobile devices. By registering or using the service, the user accepts these Terms.

2. Partenio's offering

Partenio is a web-based software for managing communities with shared ownership. The scope of features and available plans are described on the website.

3. Registration and user account

A user account is required to use the service. The information provided during registration must be correct. The password must be kept confidential. An account cannot be transferred.

4. Organizations and administrators

An organization is created and managed by an administrator. Administrators can invite members, assign roles and configure settings. The assigned roles and permissions apply within an organization.

5. User obligations

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter. They undertake not to misuse Partenio and to comply with applicable laws and the rights of third parties.

6. Permitted use

The service is intended for managing communities with shared ownership. Use for other purposes or overloading the service is not permitted.

7. Subscriptions

Partenio is offered in various plans. The selected plan determines the scope of features and usage limits. Details can be found in the pricing overview on the website.

8. Trial period

A free trial period may be available for new organizations. During the trial, the features of the corresponding plan are available. A charge is only made after the trial ends, if a paid subscription is selected.

9. Prices and payment

The applicable prices are shown on the website. Payments are processed by the payment service provider Paddle.

10. Paddle as payment service provider

Payment and subscription processing is handled by Paddle. The terms of Paddle apply. Partenio does not store full credit card data itself.

11. Cancellation

A subscription can be cancelled at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise agreed.

12. Data after cancellation

After cancelling a subscription, continued use may be restricted. Data can be exported by the organization's administrator. After a reasonable period, deleted data may be permanently removed.

13. Service availability

Partenio is operated with customary care. Uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, disruptions and further development may lead to temporary limitations.

14. Changes and further development

Partenio is continuously developed. Features may be changed, added or removed, insofar as this is reasonable for users.

15. Liability

Liability is governed by statutory provisions. Insofar as legally permissible, liability for slight negligence is excluded. This restriction does not apply to damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, as well as intent and gross negligence.

16. Data protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the separate privacy policy.

17. Changes to the Terms

The operator reserves the right to adapt these Terms. Users will be reasonably informed of material changes.

18. Applicable law / jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. Mandatory statutory provisions, in particular for the protection of consumers, remain reserved. Disputes are subject to the legally prescribed jurisdictions.
