This privacy policy describes how Bürgin Creations as operator of "Partenio" processes personal data. We strive for a clear and transparent presentation.

1. What data is processed

When using Partenio, the following personal data may be processed:

• Registration and user account: Name, email address, password (encrypted), role within the organization.
• Organization and member data: Names, email addresses, phone numbers, group affiliations and roles of an organization's members.
• Projects: Titles, descriptions, responsibilities, images and uploaded files.
• Tasks: Task texts, responsibilities and status.
• Work hours: Date, hours, activity, person and notes on recorded work.
• Expenses: Date, amount, category, description, receipt files and person.
• Uploaded files / receipts: Photos, documents and receipts that users provide.
• House rules / acknowledgements: Acknowledgements and confirmations of rules and documents.
• Technical log data: Access times, IP addresses, device and browser information, as far as technically necessary.
• Contact requests: Details that users submit via the contact form or by email.
• Payment / subscription data: Information about subscriptions, billing interval and payment status.

2. Payment data and Paddle

Partenio uses Paddle for subscriptions and payment processing. The payment process is handled by Paddle. Depending on the process, payment data is processed by Paddle.

Partenio does not store full credit card data itself. Information on data processing by Paddle can be found at https://www.paddle.com.

3. Purpose of processing

The data is processed to enable the use of Partenio, to support community management, to ensure the security and functionality of the service, and to fulfill legal obligations.

4. Retention

Data is retained as long as the user account exists or the respective purpose exists. Data required to fulfill legal obligations is retained in accordance with legal requirements.

5. Deletion

Users can request the deletion of their account and associated data. Where legal retention obligations exist, the corresponding data is retained until these obligations expire.

6. Sharing with service providers

To provide the service, Partenio works with external service providers. They process data exclusively within the scope of the necessary service provision and in accordance with the operator's instructions.

• Hosting / technical service providers: Server infrastructure and storage of application data.
• Paddle: Processing of payments and subscriptions.

7. Data subject rights

Data subjects can request information about the data concerning them and request the correction, restriction or deletion of their data, insofar as this is provided by law. The right to data portability also applies.
