Refund policy

This page summarizes the cancellation and refund policies in plain language. The binding provisions can be found in the General Terms and Conditions (Terms).

1. Free trial period

A free trial period is available for new organizations. No costs are incurred during the trial. A charge is only made after the trial ends, if a paid subscription is selected (Terms §8).

2. Cancellation

A subscription can be cancelled at any time. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, unless otherwise agreed (Terms §11).

3. Already paid subscription periods

Upon cancellation, access remains until the end of the current billing period. Amounts already paid for the current period are not refunded. After the period ends, no further charges are made.

4. Right of withdrawal

Swiss law applies (Terms §18). No right of withdrawal beyond the statutory provisions is granted. Mandatory consumer protection provisions remain reserved.

5. Payment processing

Payment processing is handled by Paddle. Partenio does not store full credit card data itself (Terms §10).
